Erin is a licensed massage therapist with an integrative approach to bodywork. She specializes in deep tissue massage, relaxation, reflexology, myofascial release, and incorporates active cupping as well! Erin graduated from Wellspring School of Allied Health and is passionate about education. She enjoys involving clients in their treatment plan as a way to connect body to mind. 

Nathan graduated from Wellspring School of Allied Health. Since graduating, Nathan has continued his education, and practice, to specialize in PNF, Stretching, CRAC, Fascial Release, and Deep Tissue massage, preferring to focus on each person's needs and recovery over routine massage.

Lauren graduated from Wellspring School of Allied Health in 2022. She offers a well rounded light to firm pressure that can be adjusted for each clients individual needs. Lauren offers Trigger Point, Swedish, Sports, Pediatric, Deep Tissue, Assisted Stretch, and Pregnancy Massage while incorporating other modalities that she has learned throughout her career.

Dr. Altis is a Doctor of Chiropractic who works with patients of all ages. He has a special affinity to working with athletes of all levels. He views chiropractic care as more than just the adjustment and spends time on soft tissue treatment using many different tools such as cupping, scraping, and KT taping. Dr. Altis is also certified in Therapeutic Dry Needling!
